Chris Marsh

President & Chief Executive Officer

Chris Marsh joined Pulse Health in May 2007 as chairman of the board and became CEO in January 2008, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic growth to the company.

Prior to Pulse Health, Chris was Chief Executive Officer at Unicru. He joined Unicru in April 2001 and under Chris' leadership, Unicru grew from 40 to 350 employees and was recognized in three of the last four years as one of the 500 fastest growing and most successful companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine and Deloitte & Touche. In July 2006, Unicru was sold to Kronos, Inc. for $170 million, a four-times revenue multiple. Thereafter, Chris was appointed President of Kronos’s Talent Management Division, where within 10 months Kronos sold to a private equity fund for $1.8 billion.

Prior to Unicru, Chris was the EVP of E*Trade, the leading online financial brokerage firm and independent provider of ATMs. Prior to E*Trade, he was a CFO and COO for Card Capture Services (CCS) where he played an instrumental role in the sale of CCS to E*Trade. Prior to CCS, he was CEO of Superior Transportation Logistics, a company with over $75M in revenues, which he sold to The Greenbrier Companies. After the acquisition, he served as the EVP and Director of Greenbrier Logistic Companies until he left to join CCS.

Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Aisle 7 Inc., ARM Insight, Inc., The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), and Henningsen Cold Storage.

Brad McMahon

EVP

Brad McMahon leads all sales and business development activities for Pulse Health. He brings a successful track record in building and leading high performing companies focusing on strategy, corporate/business development, and sales/marketing. He was most recently the founder and Principal of Victory Solutions, LLC and has played significant management roles with FreeRange Communications, Unicru, Turner Broadcasting, The Miami Heat, Pittsburgh Penguins, Portland Trailblazers, Katz Communications and University of Portland. McMahon holds a BA degree in Business/Marketing from Oregon State University (1988) where he was a two-year letterman in Soccer and was recently recognized as one of Portland's "40 under 40" business leaders by the Portland Business Journal. He is a board member of Aisle7, and has served as President of the Forest Park Elementary School Foundation since 2007.

David Urman

Founder

David Urman is co-founder of Pulse Health. David Urman's interest in Pulse Health stems from his involvement in Beanstalk Partners, which he founded in 1995 as a consultant to national affinity organizations. Previously, he served as executive vice president of business development at GSN, a software company based in Vancouver, B.C. He is well versed in various aspects of business and corporate law, which he practiced for 10 years at the law firm of Ball Janik in Portland, OR.

John Dettra

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer for Pulse Health, John Dettra oversees all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.  John has over twelve years of senior financial management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (private and publicly-traded), and operational experience in fast-growth technology companies. He comes to Pulse Health from Unicru Inc., where he served as vice president of finance and administration.  During his tenure with Unicru, the company grew from $6 million to $50 million before being acquired by Kronos, Inc. for $150 million in 2006.  He possesses a great deal of experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, capital investment, banking relationships, internal controls, audits and financial staff supervision.  John is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon.

Maura Mahon

Vice President, Operations

As vice president of operations, Maura Mahon oversees Pulse Health's operations and infrastructure. She has more than 20 years of experience in software implementation, program management and strategic alliance development. Prior to joining Pulse Health, Maura Mahon served as director of professional services with Kronos, where she was instrumental in acquisition strategy and enhanced resource quality and productivity. Previously, she was a principal consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and she served as the director of eCommerce Practice with Emerald Solutions. Maura Mahon holds a bachelor's in mathematics and computer science from State University of New York, Albany, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Craig Froude

Board Member

Craig Froude was Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WellMed, Inc. Under his leadership, WellMed raised over $20M in venture capital, earned numerous awards for innovation, and was recognized as one of Inc.'s "500 Fastest Growing Companies" nationwide. WellMed was acquired by the parent company of WebMD in 2002 and Mr. Froude continued to serve in leadership roles including Executive Vice President and General Manager (2002-2009) and President of WebMD Health Services from 2010 until his departure in April of 2011. Mr. Froude's experience in the technology industry also includes senior management positions at Creative Multimedia and Central Point Software. Mr. Froude graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in Finance and is active on the Advisory Board for the Austin Entrepreneurship Program in the School of Business at OSU.

Skye Lininger

Board Member

Dr. Skye Lininger is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Aisle7, a business that designs customized wellness-driven shopper marketing programs. He has more than 20 years of experience in the computer and software industry and has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a dietary supplement company. Additionally, Dr. Lininger practiced chiropractic medicine for ten years.
